New AutoPile is an automatic piling system for printing sheets. New AutoPile makes piling labor easier for the operator. Moreover the operator can pile with checking products and can make marks with tags.
1. Easy operation
Operator has to push every ream only. New AutoPile begins to pile automatically. No complicated work is required to operator. Manual operation is also available.
2. Censor control
Many advanced sensors are enable to do complete automatic process, prevent from any troubles, keep safe and improve quality.
3. Improve the productivity
New AutoPile can pile 4 times as much sheets as human does it. Combined with Kida’s pile turner, trans-pallet process and turn process are able to do at the same time.
4. Multi-function for printing field
To insert and to pick up a pile, New AutoPile has flexible accessibility. To convey a pile to next process you can choose the method, by hand truck, by lift truck or by drive conveyors, etc. New AutoPile is an overall piling machine in following situations,
